Portable solar panel charging while inisde exterior airlock
The portable solar panel, when equipped, is charging the suit even while inside the exterior version of the airlock room. Granted, it's not completely dark in there, but not exactly bright either, so I'd regard this as an issue to be addressed.

This issue appears to be back in 0.61b, at least in the East habitat. Might be affecting all of them, may worth rechecking.
This was the same issue as the dust particles in the east hab. It was the same misplaced trigger volume when entering and it was the only hab that had the issue. It is now fixed for the public release of 0.61.
