On this note (although this probably is more of a marginal issue, that's why I never brought it up) the visor and the HUD does not scale down properly (or rather, at all) to 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratios and gets just cropped on the sides, making some important information not visible.
I'm getting a fix out for 21:9 monitors in the next update, but I'll probably hold off on the 5:4 support changes until a bit later. That seems to be a very rare aspect ratio and it will take a bit of extra work to have the UI elements repositioned dynamically based on that configuration.
