That possibility, having had a Wiring Kit, has also occurred to me since then, and I cannot reliably tell if I had one in Hab storage at that time. I'd like to say I did not as I think I started finding those "case" type tools only at a later point in the playthrough, but since its inventory icon differs from the rest of the tools (them being actual, easy to identify tools, while the kits are "toolboxes" of various colors) I may have overlooked it when taking a count of the available tools in a near full Hab storage.

I can try to play around with the tools to see if that may have been the case (as in, if I can craft with the tools listed in the opening post but without a Wiring Kit anywhere), but I guess looking at the requirements on code level is a more reliable way to tell if it's working as intended and you have done that.

75 minutes from reported to fixed internally. That's some response time! :)

Upon further testing, the issue description can be simplified as this: the Manage Suit screen accessed from the exterior version of any Hab will show the values from the last Hab which you have been inside of. It may still be related to one of the two Habs involved being offline, but the offline hab does show the values of the online one and the other way around (if the offline Hab is entered before returning to the online one).

Just occurred to me that the same thing might happen during crafting, especially items which require a considerable amount of time to make. I did not specifically test it, so it may not be the case, but it might be worth checking regardless to make sure that both "time skip" situations work correctly.

Interesting. I'd have expected it to be a simple spatial collider around the objects, which, when entered by the player, triggers the discovery. I guess it also exlpains why some objects get discovered from a relatively large distance while others (even of the same kind) only when you are quite close to them: it depends on the terrain, orientation and your approach direction, influencing when do you "spot" the vision collider of that specific object instance.

I no longer have that save the original post was about, but there's another instance of it in my current v0.57 save as posted below in this thread. The location is Lat 283.077, Lon -6.5288, in this save: drill_rover_site_save.zip

Another player however found the location I originally reported, his post being in this thread: https://lacunapassage.userecho.com/topics/272-the-hidden-achievements-are-visible-in-the-global-achievements-list-on-steam/. Maybe he still has that save for that location.

To be honest, I've never seen a significant impact coming from drinking water (I drink a lot on long trips to keep hydration close to 100% all times, and exhaustion still degrades over time at a somewhat reasonable rate), but eating, even relatively small amounts seems to effectively reset exhaustion state to Well Rested. So I'd say that's the bigger issue here that would need to be (also) looked into.

I'd also support this method of converting water from "mass storage" form, like Oxygen or Power, into discrete "physical" inventory intems. It would also lessen the issue of storage space, since currently the water system tries to generate up to 60 bottles of water into the Hab storage, taking up a good portion of the already rather limited storage space.

(In my current game, but also in previous ones, I have serious storage issues; I have all three habitats filled with stuff and that's without having brought most of what I found back; by now I have dozens of locations photographed but had to left unemptied all over the place simply because there is no storage space left to put the content into, so no point in trying to pick up the contents in the first place.)

Another thing that could help would be to make the crafing plans you can find in the Documents section of the Datapad actually display the information regarding that crafting process, at the very least the required tools and materials. That way at least you wouldn't have to go back and forth between the hab storage and the crafting station if you want to see what you need and then be able to pick them up.

Currently that section doesn't serve much purpose since every plan that's listed and accessible there only says something along the lines of "this is a crafting plan, use the crafting station to access it".

Yep, that's one of them. So it's consistently bugged at a specific location, which is great since it narrows the issue down to the location itself, not the site (which can appear at various locations randomly, I think), so might be easier to figure out what's causing it.
