I think I've found a compromise. I didn't really want to make the dust storms even more difficult by having them affect solar panels more, so instead I have made the visual dust effect ramp more slowly. So when you first enter a dust storm it will be very faint and the dust visibility will get worse exponentially as you approach the epicenter. Before it was more of a linear change from the outer edge to the center, so the sun seemed to get covered faster. As you mentioned this seemed incongruous with how your solar panels charge rate is affected. The charge rate based on distance to storm epicenter is not changed, but it should feel more in line with the visibility. I have not affected the visibility % indicators either because I still want you to be able to see a more linear distribution of the size of the storm as it approaches.

These seem like just order-of-operation issues. I agree with Mr. Fusion that the save should indeed be after sleeping. And if you are in the airlock you should not transfer your suit supplies to the hab unless the airlock is already pressurized.

There are two different achievements for the two different types of outposts. If you came upon an emergency pop tent with equipment nearby then you found a Remote Outpost and should have received an achievement for that. The Temporary Outpost has a light stand and a single crate and will provide its own achievement.

If I did that I would have to prevent you from being able to walk while navigating the datapad, otherwise you could cheat and traverse the entire map without time passing.

Hmm. I'll take a look. It could be a similar issue to the drill rovers where it is not "seeing" it properly. There are two different types of outposts. Remote outposts are the ones in the corners of the map with the pop tents. Temporary outposts are just small supply caches that also have oxygen tank light stands.
